I always wanted a lemon flavoured dessert in a brownie form, I tried some that either weren’t the right texture or not enough lemony but here it is, finally, the LEMONIES. loaded with mascarpone cheese, lemon zest and fresh lemon juice makes it super moist and bursting with flavour!

The rich almost caramel-like soft dates inside our fudgy blondies makes it an irresistible treat!

Blondies are my absolute favourite, the caramelised brown sugar taste and the fudgy texture! Here I used the Almond flour and raspberry jam combo, took it to the next level, finished off by generous sprinkle of flaked almonds, SO DELICIOUS!
